We are looking for a talented **Lead Product Designer UX/UI (f/m/x) **who joins our continuously growing design team and help us continue growing our international and community-driven platforms.

If you are passionate about shipping elegant and thoughtful designs while balancing business objectives, we would love to hear from you.

**This is how you can help us**
- Work within our design team in Berlin, iterating on existing features and developing new ones while managing other designers
- Provide fresh designs, new concepts and improvements to the user experience of a 25 million-user global deal community
- Validate your ideas throughout the lifecycle of the project, bringing insights into design iterations to transform learnings into product decisions
- Lead projects and teams across one of our strategy columns, aiming for the best design quality and design processes
- Support, mentor, and coach other designers
- Use the design process to educate your team and fellow designers on how is best to approach problems, soliciting feedback and driving for an impactful outcome
- Participate in our weekly design sessions to get and provide feedback

**These skills will make you successful in your role**
- A strong portfolio of relevant digital product design examples, including the process that brought you to the solution.
- 5+ years of experience designing digital products on an in-house cross-functional team
- 1+ years of experience managing other designers
- A mindset based on responsive and scalable systems, not one-off solutions
- Highly skilled at using modern design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Framer, Invision, etc.
- Familiarity with front-end engineering. You should be able to understand how your designs will be built and factor that into your solutions.
- You are comfortable with constructive feedback as part of the design process
- You are confident in clearly explaining your design decisions, whether in one-on-one or group situations
- You take pride in your collaboration skills and look forward to partnering with our team of product managers, developers, and other designers to create beautiful and functional solutions in an agile environment
- You can be responsible for specific projects and carry them through to completion while helping other designers with their own tasks, processes and skills.
- You have excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills
