**Your tasks**:

- Collaborate with the Discovery team to gather and evaluate user requirements, ensuring our solutions meet customer needs
- Conduct comprehensive user research and usability testing sessions to validate design concepts and identify user pain points
- Create high-quality UX design solutions illustrated through personas, storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps, enhancing user experience
- Develop detailed mockups, wireframes, and prototypes to vividly demonstrate product functionality and design
- Present design drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders, gathering feedback to refine designs
- Troubleshoot and optimize UX problems
- Incorporate customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings to enhance and refine user interface designs
- Continuously evolve our style guides, design systems, and UI patterns to maintain design consistency and user-friendliness
- Maintain high standards of graphic design and typography to ensure visual coherence and brand consistency

**Your profile**:

- Demonstrable experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI design projects across web and mobile platforms
- Experience working within agile software development frameworks (Scrum or Kanban) and the ability to adapt to fast-paced development cycles
- Strong collaborative skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, coupled with the capability to drive projects independently
- Exceptional communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement and team collaboration
- A meticulous attention to detail, a keen eye for aesthetics, and a deep understanding of interaction design principles
