**WHAT TO EXPECT**:

- ** Design Leadership**: Lead the design and development of all user experiences, ensuring they are intuitive and easy to use for our customer base
- ** User Obsession**: Ensure a strong customer voice at Wemolo through data-backed ideas and solutions
- ** Vision & Strategy**: Develop and drive the product design vision and strategy that delivers significant user and business value
- ** Design Systems**: Drive the development of our design system and unified design processes to ensure a consistent visual appearance
- ** Team Development**: Develop a world-class product design team by hiring, managing performance, supporting growth, and mentoring
- ** Cross-functional Collaboration**: Work with leaders of other functions (e.g., Product, Engineering, Data, Marketing) to ensure effective collaboration and execution of company strategy

**INSPIRE US BY**:

- ** Your Background**:You have a degree in industrial product design and several years of professional experience in the product management of a scale-up
- ** Leadership**: You possess demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate your team
- ** Research Focus**: Strong emphasis on research and data-driven decision-making
- ** Detail Orientation**: Great eye for detail and high standards regarding visual design
- ** Industrial Design Experience**: Experience in industrial design, motion design, and interaction design is a plus
- ** Field Expertise**: Deeper knowledge in research, interaction design, and UX writing
- ** Your Language Skills**: Strong written and spoken English and German skills
