**Leiter Test Engineering - Produktion (m/w/d)**:

An unserem Standort Nürnberg suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen
Leiter Test Engineering - Produktion (m/w/d).
**Das erwartet dich**:
- Planung, Budgetierung und Einführung von Prüfkonzepten
- Planung, Projektierung und Optimierung von Prüfmittelanlagen, Prüfequipment und Testsystemen in Bezug auf die vorhandenen und geplanten Fertigungskapazitäten
- Entwicklung und Auswahl von Prüf
- und Testgeräten
- Abnahme von Prüfadaptern und -systemen
- Erstellen und Anpassen von Prüfhard und -software
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Schnittstellen v.a. mit den Bereichen Fertigung und Entwicklung
- Führung und Weiterentwicklung des Teams
**Das erwarten wir**:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium des Ingenieurwesens mit Schwerpunkt Elektrotechnik
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Entwicklung bzw. Prüfung von Stromversorgungen oder ähnlichen Geräten
- Stark fundiertes Fachwissen im Bereich der Entwicklung von Leistungselektronik und ggf. auch Messtechnik
- Gute Kenntnisse in mindestens einer der Programmiersprachen (z.B. C++ oder C#)
- Erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Mitarbeiterführung
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse
