**YOUR TEAM**:
A new organiszation in the process of beiing built-up from scratch, we are aiming to bring assisted and aoutomated driving features to our roads on our journey towards autonomous driving.
These in-house development features will be deployed to all VW group brands - one of the world's largest vehicle fleets.
You'll be part of the systems engineering team in the domain automated driving.
Your responsibility is to coordinate the technical development of a part of an ADAS/AD system, consisting of functions, software and hardware. The development team will be spread among different locations.
**WHAT YOU WILL DO**:
- Coordinate the technical development of parts of an ADAS/AD System
- Communicate with leading vehicle projects and define projekct milestones including intended features
- Interact with distributed developing teams
- Provide regular and transparent status reports to the project
- Prioritize development according to stakeholder needs
- Ensure the development reaches the defined milestones and level of maturity
- Define suitable measures to react on problems in development, setup and optimize efficient processes to push the development
**WHO YOU ARE**:
- Degree in the field of engineering, science, software development or a comparable course of studies
- Several years of professional experience (usually > 5 years) in the automotive industries, preferably as technical lead or project manager
- Solid knowledge in project management, automotive engineering, ADAS/AD sensors (ideally radar sensors)
- Experience with ISO15288 a.f., ASPICE, SAFe is desirable
- Proactive, structured and solution-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility
- Very good negotiating, communicative, analytical and problem solving skills
- Fluent in English and good German language skills
