**The role: How you’ll make a difference at DISPENDIX**

We are looking for a **BTA / CTA **(M/F/d) **in Quality Control** joining our headquarter in **Stuttgart**.

**DISPENDIX **is a dynamic deep-tech scale-up with products that enable scientists and researchers around the world to make new discoveries in areas such as drug discovery, diagnostics and personalized medicine. **Your mission: What you’ll do**
- **Quality Control**: Your work helps to ensure the quality of our instruments, consumables, and incoming goods.
- **Testing**: You plan and conduct tests and series of measurements with subsequent analysis, preparation, and documentation of the data.
- **Quality assurance and error analysis**: You support production and development in root cause analysis and define CAPAs.
- **New products**: You support and carry out the testing of new products and prototypes within a SCRUM product development team. You also contribute in deriving product specifications from the test results.
- **SOPs & Processes**: You create and maintain SOPs and optimize current quality control processes.
- **Laboratory**: You maintain our laboratory including laboratory equipment and consumables.

**Role requirements: What you need to succeed**
- You have completed training as a laboratory assistant or CTA, BTA or a comparable qualification. Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, etc. is a plus.
- You have at least 5 years of professional work experience. Experience in related areas is a plus (e.g., in quality control or testing, molecular biology, biotechnology).
- You are meticulous and precise, consistently demonstrating a high level of care and accuracy even in repetitive tasks.
- Analytical skills including the ability to present results in a comprehensible format are part of your portfolio.
- Your English language skills are very good. German is a plus.
