**Was Du bei uns machst**:

- Du übernimmst die Verantwortung als Team Lead eines motivierten und tatkräftigen Teams mit jahrelanger Erfahrung im Bereich B2B Pricing
- In der Abteilung „Pricing & Commercial Development“ bist Du kommerzieller Experte für den B2B Kanal und stellst in dieser Funktion die Zielerreichung des B2B Kanals sicher
- Du verantwortest länderübergreifend die markt
- und ertragsorientierte Produkt
- und Preisgestaltung für Firmenkunden und entwickelst gemeinsam mit dem Kanal eine Strategie unter Abwägung finanzieller
- und qualitativer Ziele
- Du koordinierst abwechslungsreiche Anforderungen aus den Märkten und seitens Firmenkunden - vom Startup bis zum Großkonzern - und stellst sicher, dass die bestmögliche Lösung gefunden und implementiert wird.
- Du arbeitest mit unserem globalen B2B-Vertriebsteam zusammen, erarbeitest neue und optimierst bestehende Produkte und Mobilitätslösungen für unsere Kunden
- Du stellst systematische Beobachtungen, Analysen und Rentabilitätsprüfungen für den B2B Kanal an und leitest gemeinsam mit den Märkten konkrete Maßnahmen und Entscheidungen daraus ab

**Was Du mitbringst**:

- Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im kaufmännischen Bereich (BWL, VWL oder ähnlich) und bringst bereits tiefgreifende Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb, der Vertriebssteuerung oder anderer vertriebsnaher Funktionen mit
- Du hast optimalerweise schon Führungserfahrung gesammelt
- Du verbindest Unternehmertum mit analytischem Scharfsinn
- Du verfügst über eine stark analytische, vernetzte Denkweise und ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis, bist technisch versiert, konzeptionell stark und geübt im Umgang mit Excel und in der Umsetzung von Projekten mit hohem Impact
- Du bist kommunikations
- sowie durchsetzungsstark in Deutsch und Englisch und es macht Dir Spaß diese Stärke bei der Sicherstellung der Unternehmensziele teamübergreifend einzusetzen
- Du motivierst nicht nur Dein Team, sondern auch Deine Kollegen und besitzt ein sicheres Auftreten gegenüber dem Top-Mangement
