We are a fast-growing hospitality group with existing hotels and workspaces in some of **Europe's most exciting locations** and many more projects under construction. We **break new ground** with our **Lean Luxury philosophy**, creating a contemporary and affordable form of luxury. Our Corporate Office on the beautiful island of Malta, bundles together with the teams in Munich, all front office, marketing and revenue activities outsourced from the hotels.

The Group's central marketing department is responsible for all tasks in the areas of communication, digital marketing, e-commerce, print and advertising media as well as brand development.

- responsible for the content creation as well as further development and maintenance of our digital brand presence of the Ruby Group (Hotels, Workspaces, Lean Luxury) on our own channels together with our content team
- ensure the best possible brand and user experience, raise awareness, sympathy and enthusiasm for Ruby as a love brand and increase direct bookings via our own IBE
- support setting up the digital opening plan and all associated measures when the hotels or workspaces go live
- develop and implement brand-relevant campaigns & storytelling via website on topics such as promos, Black Friday, opening specials, social responsibility, sustainability and much more
- are both a good and a bad cop, when it comes to compliance with the Ruby Digital Design Guide and constantly expand it

- a digital native and have even gained some initial experience in the professional world of digital marketing
- a talent for agile communication and hit the right tone of voice with a natural confidence of texting
- familiar with CMS systems and shine not only with your web affinity, but also with your understanding of lifestyle brands
- a perfect command of German and English, both written and spoken
