Wir suchen für unser Team an den Standorten Berlin, Frankfurt am Main und München ab September 2023 eine/n:
**Praktikant*in (m/w/d) Corporate & Financial (Strategic Communications)**

Lust auf Krisen, Fake News, Übernahmen oder Börsengänge? Wir unterstützen Kund*innen bei der aktuellen Berichterstattung mit zielgerichteten Botschaften, bei der Kommunikation von Finanz
- und Quartalszahlen und der erfolgreichen Positionierung von Vorständen und Unternehmensthemen. Wir sind mit fundierten Ansätzen bei Kapitalmarkt-Transaktionen sowie Krisen
- und Litigation-Fällen die Berater*innen an der Seite vieler kleiner und großer Unternehmen.

**DEINE AUFGABEN**
- Unterstützung der Berater*innenteams in der strategischen Beratung und dem operativen Support von Unternehmen inSpezialsituationen wie Fusionen & Übernahmen, bei Börsengängen oder Krisenfällen

der fortlaufenden Unternehmens
- und CEO-Positionierung
- Erstellung und Redaktion zielgruppenspezifischer Inhalte sowie Aufbereitung von komplexen Themen für diverse Stakeholder (Unternehmen, Medien, Kapitalmarkt etc.)
- Mitwirkung bei Neugeschäftsprozessen und internen Projekten, die unser Team und unsere Practice weiterentwickeln
- Teilnahme und ggfs. Gestaltung von internen Trainings und Knowledge-Sharing-Formaten

**DU BRINGST MIT**
- Sehr gute Leistungen in einem Hochschulstudium, idealerweise mit wirtschafts
- oder geisteswissenschaftlichem oder juristischem Bezug
- Ggfs. Praktika oder erste Praxiserfahrung in einer PR-, Kommunikations
- oder Managementberatung oder einer entsprechenden Funktion auf Unternehmensseite
- Analytische und konzeptionelle Stärke; Flexibilität, auch an mehreren Projekten gleichzeitig zu arbeiten; Eigeninitiative sowie Bereitschaft zum überdurchschnittlichen Engagement in einem dynamischen, anspruchsvollen Arbeitsumfeld
- Verständnis von betriebs
- und finanzwirtschaftlichen Zusammenhängen
- Medienaffinität und Interesse (und ggfs. Erfahrungen) im Umgang mit Online-Plattformen und Social Media
- Lernbereitschaft und Neugierde, hohes Qualitäts
- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Fließende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse der gängigen Microsoft-Office-Programme (PowerPoint, Word)
- Hohe Motivation und Freude an der Arbeit in einem kollegialen, leistungsorientierten Team
