**So sieht Ihr Tag aus**:

- Professionelle Planung und Organisation der Bankett Veranstaltungen in beiden Hotels inklusive der aktiven Kundenbetreuung
- Durchführung von Hausbesichtigungen und Detailabsprachen mit dem Kunden
- Erstellung von Änderungsverträgen
- Kontrolle der maximal Kapazitäten unserer Outlets
- Erstellen von Raumplänen
- Interne Koordination, sowie die Weitergabe von relevanten Informationen zwischen den Abteilungen
- Bearbeitung von Abschlussrechnungen und führen von Feedbackgesprächen
