**Ihr zukünftiges Aufgabengebiet**:
- Erstellen und Aktualisieren von Terminplänen für Bauprojekte im Bereich Data Center und Hochbau
- Koordinierung der Terminpläne von Subunternehmern und Lieferanten
- Überwachung des Projektfortschritts
- Besuche auf der Baustelle zur Überwachung des Fortschritts vor Ort und zur Abstimmung mit den Bauleitern
- Berichterstattung über den Baufortschritt und das Risikomanagement
**Ihr Profil**:
- Hochschulabschluss in Baumanagement oder einem verwandten Bereich
- Erfahrung und Kenntnisse der Bauplanung und des Projektmanagements bei Bauprojekten für Rechenzentren
- Beherrschung von Terminplanungssoftware wie Primavera P6 und MS Project von Vorteil
- Kenntnis der Vorschriften und Sicherheitsstandards im Baugewerbe
- Liebe zum Detail und gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten
- Gute Englischkenntnisse
- IT-Kenntnisse (Excel, Word, MS Project, PowerPoint)
