Das Air Logistics Operations Optimization Team unterstützt alle Säulen der deutschen Luftfrachtorganisation mit fundiertem Prozess
- und Systemwissen bei der Umsetzung globaler und lokaler Transformations-Projekte. Hierbei steht eine enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Customer Care, Operational Care und Revenue Care Kolleginnen und Kollegen im Vordergrund. Durch die bestmögliche Nutzung unserer IT-Systeme, die Einbindung von KN Global Services (KNGS) und pragmatische Lösungen werden Prozesse effizient gestaltet und ein gleichbleibend hoher Service-Standard für unserer Kunden erreicht.
** Ihre Rolle**: Als National Head of Air Logistics Operations Optimization leiten Sie die deutschen Luftfracht Operations Optimization und System Support Teams und verantworten sowohl die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung der Mitarbeitenden. Gemeinsam mit dem lokalen und nationalen Management steuern und unterstützen Sie die Transformation und Harmonisierung der Arbeitsweise in unseren operativen Abteilungen. Der Fokus liegt auf der Umsetzung der Transformationsprojekte, sowie der Unterstützung bei der Ausarbeitung der strategischen Ausrichtung der operativen Entwicklung, in der deutschen Luftfrachtorganisation.
** Ihre Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten**:

- Führung der Operations Optimization und System Support Teams, sowie für die Entwicklung der Mitarbeiter
- Erarbeitung der strategischen operativen „Leverage Areas“ mit National Head of Operations
- Schnittstelle zum Globalen Operations Optimization Team und den globalen IT Teams
- Enger Austausch mit den Customer / Operational / Revenue Care Teams in Deutschland zur Validierung der aktuellen Arbeitsprozesse, sowie der optimalen Nutzung der Kühne+Nagel Systemlandschaft und der Einbindung des Kühne+Nagel Global Services.
- Unterstützung der globalen Teams bei der Ausarbeitung neuer Prozesse und Organisationsstrukturen im Rahmen der Operativen Transformation
- Verantwortung und Ausführung von Projekten zur Optimierung und Harmonisierung der Arbeitsprozesse in den operativen Abteilungen
- Aufnahme und Aufarbeitung von Anforderungen aus den operativen Abteilungen und Aufarbeitung
- Validierung und Implementierung neuer Softwarelösungen und prozessualer Anpassungen, Erarbeitung von Trainingsmaterial gemeinsam mit dem Trainingsteam

**Diese Qualifikation sollten Sie mitbringen**:

- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Bereich Speditions
- und Logistikdienstleistung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation und mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Luftfracht
- Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung
- Teamgeist, Verhandlungsgeschick, sowie gute Organisationsfähigkeiten
- Affinität für strategisches und analytisches Arbeiten
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
- Gute MS-Office Kenntnisse
