**About this opportunity**
- As a Senior Product Owner, you will have an exciting opportunity to contribute to Diagnostics as a Service on the Align Digital Platform. The vision for Diagnostics as a Service is to acquire imaging data and develop ML models that provide analysis of clinical conditions in support of overall Oral Health. The key stakeholders include patients, general dentists, orthodontists, dental lab technicians, dental service organizations, universities, and public hospitals. You will work with teams of designers, machine learning engineers, data scientists, marketing managers, software engineers, medical domain experts, and others to build impactful Diagnostics AI products._

**In this role, you will**
- You are mainly responsible for the product portfolio and lead the shared product vision in sparring with the respective stakeholders (Management, Machine Learning, Engineering, Business Development)
- You plan and control corresponding sprints, taking into account efficient time and cost planning, and maintain an overview of individual priority levels through connected feedback loops.
- You support the development team by prioritizing the product backlog and creating user stories.
- You define product requirements and formulate regulatory provisions with the Regulatory Affairs department
- Assist and perform usability tests, product demos, and monitor customer reviews for further development and optimization of the products
- You lead the technical documentation considering existing requirements, monitor Jira tickets, and
assign them according to the strengths of the developer resources in consultation with the heads of the software and machine learning departments.

**In this role, you’ll need **
- Completed education and/or studies in the field of business administration, product management, engineering (ML/AI), are fit in technical project management, and can look back on at least 3-5 years of professional experience
- Knowledge or points of contact in the areas of machine learning and software engineering; ideally,
you have already been able to gain relevant experience in managing agile project teams
- Deep understanding of UX/UI design, modern web architectures, and an eye for quality assurance issues, but see yourself as an operator and product driver
- Have an excellent understanding of technical, complex, and AI-driven products
- Previous exposure to SaMD products is an asset
- Bring IT knowledge in Jira, Gitlab, Office and work with an attention to detail
- Have a confident and outgoing nature and see yourself as a team player towards clients and colleagues
- Fluency in English and (plus) German round off your profile
