At Evotec’s headquarters in Hamburg, Germany, the Global Strategic Marketing Team is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated

Marketing Coordinator (all genders)

Full time and permanent

Your key responsibilities:

- Providing administrative and project support for a variety of marketing programs and activities, both traditional and digital
- Assisting with the production of marketing materials and collateral
- Updating spreadsheets, databases, and inventories with statistical, financial, and non-financial information
- Support the management of Evotec’s digital channels (website, science pool, social media)
- Employing marketing analytics techniques to gather customer behavior data (social media, web analytics, rankings, etc.)
- Creating and maintaining structured records of marketing metrics and results of marketing campaigns and activities
- Evaluating data and creating reports on key metrics in order to monitor campaign efficiency, and analyzing trends
- Supporting in organization and coordination of marketing events such as conferences, webinars, and trade shows
- Supporting in competitor analysis

Your ideal qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or an equivalent combination of education and experience in the relevant field
- Working experience in Marketing, ideally in a similar role
- Good understanding of office management and marketing principles
- Conscientiousness, accuracy, an eye for detail combined with commitment and the ability to maintain an overview characterize you
- A well-organized and a customer-oriented approach distinguish your way of working
- Business fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills, German or another European language are advantageous
