**Responsibilities**:
- Review and accept tasks from users requiring language assistance or support navigating local systems.
- Provide high-quality, reliable service to users, adhering to LocaleLingo's standards.
- Set your own pricing for each task, taking into account the complexity of the task and your expertise.
- Interact professionally and courteously with users, offering support and facilitating understanding.
- Continuously improve your language and interpersonal skills to offer better services.
**Requirements**:
- Proficiency in German and English languages.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- An empathetic and patient approach towards helping others.
- Passionate about making a difference in people's lives.
- Access to reliable internet connection for virtual meetings (if required).
