Nach unserer europaweiten Expansion, zielen wir nun darauf ab, unsere Präsenz sowohl national als auch international zu stärken. Für den Aufbau unseres Sales Departments suchen wir einen leistungsstarken und motivierten Head of Sales mit viel Erfahrung in der Betreuung potenzieller Neukunden bis hin zum erfolgreichen Abschluss von Kundenverträgen. Diese Position ist unbefristet in Vollzeit zu besetzen. Der Standort ist Berlin.

**Was erwartet dich?**:
Als Head of Sales bei WHATALOCATION wirst du eine Schlüsselrolle in unserem Unternehmen spielen, indem du:

- Das Sales Department strategisch aufbaust und leitest, mit einem klaren Fokus auf Wachstum und Expansion.
- Eng mit den Gründern zusammenarbeitest, um integrierte Vertriebsstrategien zu entwickeln, die unsere Marktpräsenz stärken.
- Ein Team von Sales Executives aufbaust, führst, motivierst und weiterentwickelst.
- Die gesamte Customer Journey überwachst, von der Lead-Generierung bis zum erfolgreichen Abschluss.
- Die Kundenerfahrung optimierst, um eine herausragende User Experience sicherzustellen.
- Die Entwicklung und Optimierung von Vertriebsprozessen vorantreibst.
- Ein Sales-Reporting aufsetzt und konstant optimierst.

**Was erwarten wir?**:

- Nachgewiesene Erfahrung und Erfolg in Vertriebsführungspositionen, vorzugsweise in der Software
- oder SaaS-Branche.
- Erfahrung im Einzelhandel ist von großem Vorteil.
- Starke Führungsfähigkeiten mit der Fähigkeit, ein leistungsstarkes Team zu motivieren und zu entwickeln.
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations-, Präsentations
- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten.
- Erfahrung in der Durchführung von Workshops oder Webinaren und im Abschluss von Verträgen.
- Ein professionelles Auftreten und einen außergewöhnlichen Willen, unsere Kunden erfolgreich zu machen.
- Eine abgeschlossene betriebswirtschaftliche oder kaufmännische Ausbildung (HAK, Berufsausbildung, Uni, FH) oder vergleichbare Qualifikationen.
- Analytisches Verständnis und strategisches Denken.
