**Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir Dich als Produktionstechniker (m/w/d) zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt in Vollzeit.**:
**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Technische Entwicklung und Optimierung von Fertigungsprozessen und -equipments sowie Mitarbeit in der Arbeitssystemgestaltung unter ergonomischen und wirtschaftlichen Gesichtspunkten
- Leitung von Beschaffungsprojekten für Produktionsequipments nach geltenden Richtlinien inkl. der Erstellung von Spezifikationen (Lastenhefte), Durchführung von Anfragen und Lieferantenauswahl
- Konstruktion von Versuchsaufbauten, sowie Fertigungsequipments und Prüfvorrichtungen gem. EU-Maschinenrichtlinie und Maschinenverordnung inkl. entsprechender Dokumentation
- Einführung neuer Equipments in die Fertigung und Begleitung bis zur vollumfänglichen Übergabe in die Fertigung inkl. der inhaltlichen Gestaltung von P-FMEAs und der Durchführung von Qualifizierungs
- und Validierungsläufen
- Bewertung der Herstellbarkeit neuer Produkte, bezogen auf die industriellen Prozesse
- Unterstützung bei der Produktentwicklung bzgl. produktionsgerechter Konstruktion und Auswahl von Fertigungstechnologien
- Technologiescouting mit Fokus auf neuartige Fertigungsverfahren
- Erstellung von Standards, Richtlinien und Methoden im Kontext der industriellen Fertigung
- Einhaltung aller anwendbaren Gesetze, Regeln, Richtlinien, Verordnungen und Vorschriften

**Dein Profil**:

- Techniker Maschinenbau, Dipl.Ing. oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung
- Erfahrung im Projektmanagement
- Erfahrung im Kontext EU-Maschinenrichtlinie und Maschinenverordnung
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit CAD-Software (SolidWorks wünschenswert)
- Flexibilität, Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
- Sprachkenntnisse Deutsch, Englisch
