**Brand Specialist - location flexible in Europe (Walter location)**

**Your mission**:
- We’re looking for someone passionate about leading the implementation of our customer experience measurement roadmap. You will develop dashboards, monitor progress, and recommend improvements based on customer feedback from different touchpoints and surveys
- You will play an active role in developing our brand portfolio. This includes managing our trademark portfolio including naming policies and coordinating brand protection issues together with our legal department as well as support to integration of our acquired companies to the Walter group.
- You will plan, produce, and execute brand driven campaigns, including an effective employer brand strategy in close collaboration with HR.
- You will support our sales companies and headquarter functions with guidelines how to act on brand and keep our corporate identity manual up to date as well as identifying possible brand-building areas and promote brand consistency in our customer touchpoints
**Your profile**:
- You are eager to take on a complex challenge that involves immersing yourself fully in the Walter brand while maintaining a strong work ethic and positive attitude
- You have proven skills and knowledge of brand strategy and trademarking, with previous involvement in stakeholder management in an industry like ours.
- We’re looking for someone with a background in branding, marketing, legal and/or finance matters. While not a definitive requirement, a degree in either marketing, finance or similar education is advantageous for this position
- Previous experience with customer surveys and customer experience from international companies or organizations as well as the ability to work independently and take responsibility, will ensure your success within this role
- You are a highly motivated team player with experience in brand management and you have a passion for driving change.
- You see cross-functional networking as part of your daily business, and you have also experience in working with agencies.
- You are structured and you always look for the bigger picture, but at the same time you are an energetic hands-on person how loves to get things done.
- Your tasks include interaction with colleagues worldwide and because of this fluent communication skills in English language are required.
- You are based in Europe, preferable in one of our Walter locations
