Overview

The Generali Operations Service Platform (GOSP) supports the Generali Group in optimizing its digital services, its service quality and the creation of synergies. GOSP uses common technology platforms for the Group. As a joint venture partner, Accenture provides expertise to support transformation, innovation and scaling. GOSP develops solutions for digitalization and the introduction of a cloud-centric model. GOSP includes IT infrastructure, procurement, and security operations, among others.

We provide innovative IT infrastructure services for companies in the international Generali Group. Our core competencies are the development of customer-oriented solutions as well as the stable and efficient operation of IT infrastructure services, i.e. servers, networks, telephony/call centers, workplace environments and mobile solutions. **For this we are looking for you**

On an **international level** you will work in the field of international WAN and Cloud networking.

Together with a great team you **deploy and configure networks and provide troubleshooting in networks. You are responsible for network solution deploying, automate and delivery of network solutions and take responsibility for the design of services.**

Profil
- Master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering ideally in Communication Systems and Networks
- Knowledge and at least three years of experience in enterprise Networking with SD-WAN
- Knowledge and at least three years of experience in Cloud Networking (AWS, AZURE and Google), Terraform Scripting and GitLab
- In-depth knowledge of Cisco Routing platform, Viptela-Cisco SD WAN, MPLS-L3VPN, routing protocols (BGP, IS-IS, OSPF), network protocols (DNS, DHCP), Terraform scripting, Gitlab and proficiency in network management & troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a minimum English language proficiency level of B2 in both spoken and written communication
- Analytical skills, high level of problem-solving skills, goal
- and project-oriented way of working and a strong customer focus
- High level of commitment, confident appearance, strong communication skills and presentation skills and the openness to discussions to find the best solutions
- Team spirit and willingness to travel on business
