OverviewThe Generali Operations Service Platform (GOSP) supports the Generali Group in optimizing its digital services, its service quality and the creation of synergies. GOSP uses common technology platforms for the Group. As a joint venture partner, Accenture provides expertise to support transformation, innovation and scaling. GOSP develops solutions for digitalization and the introduction of a cloud-centric model. GOSP includes IT infrastructure, procurement, and security operations, among others.That is the jobMaster's degree in computer science or engineering, ideally in communication systems and networks or equivalent vocational trainingKnowledge and at least three years of experience in networkingIn-depth knowledge of Cisco Catalyst 9X00, Cisco SD WAN, Checkpoint VPN solutions and network monitoring (PRTG, Cisco ThousandEyes)Analytical skills, high level of problem-solving skills, target-oriented work and a strong customer focusHigh level of commitment, confident appearance, strong communication skills and presentation skillsTeam spirit and willingness to travel on businessHigh skill in spoken and written German and English (at least B2)You are experienced in software development and scripting (i.E.
