As Chief of Staff, you will support our CEO and executive team in running the company by taking on a mix of strategic and operational goals, driving important cross-departmental projects, and amplifying communication internally and externally. You will work closely with and across all teams while being independent from any functional department.

KONUX is entering a period of dramatic growth as it expands its portfolio and ramps up across Europe and Asia (we are currently active in ten different countries). Your passion for enabling our CEO to be more effective as a leader will help the organization scale. As the key delegate of the executive team, you will make important contributions to the company's success. From operational and hands-on missions to broader strategic projects, your job will be heavily influenced by the business’ ever changing needs as we scale. You will work very closely with the CEO, ideally being his sparring partner and manager as much as he is yours.

Your Impact
- Support the CEO to ensure he is working on the most important topics for the company
- Lead special projects that are important for the company and cross-functional, e.g. revision of our strategic goal setting process, international expansion, support fundraising rounds etc.
- Hold the CEO accountable while helping keep reports accountable for their results
- Take over delegated responsibilities from the CEO and executive team to maximize the timeshare spent on strategic priorities, e.g. shaping and co-designing workshops, investor reporting, operationalizing strategy, etc.
- Constantly monitor the health of the organization and the leadership, make specific recommendations and give feedback on how to improve it
- Amplify and improve the CEO’s communication inside the organization and with external stakeholders
- Keep the CEO accessible and open to new ideas and proposals

Things you bring to the table

**Note**: as a confidant and delegate of the top management of the company, there are many different ways to be a fit. As a result, this profile is perhaps the most flexible one we can design:

- Minimum of 4 years work experience, including either a tier-one consulting company, previous CoS/Executive role or a management position in a start-up
- Ability to work in high degree of trust, autonomy, and confidence at every level of the company - as confidant to the CEO, driver of top management team, and champion for the broader team
- An extremely strong ability to convert complexity into clarity / operational excellence
- An understanding of and passion for operationalizing strategy throughout an organization
- A high level of business acumen and analytical skill with an understanding of how to measure the success of a business
- Grit and adaptability to work through all the challenges of pioneering a new technology in a conservative industry
- First-class interpersonal and communication skills
- Full working proficiency in English
