**Tätigkeitsbereich**:
Das Sektorvorhaben Finanzsystementwicklung, nachhaltige Finanzierung und Investitionen (SV FSE) berät das Bundesministerium für wirtschaftliche Zusammenarbeit und Entwicklung (BMZ) zum gesamten Themenspektrum der Finanzsystementwicklung. Das Thema Sustainable Finance gewinnt in der Entwicklungszusammenarbeit immer stärker an Bedeutung. Als Berater*in sind Sie Teil des Sustainable Finance Teams und tragen dazu bei das BMZ zum Thema nachhaltiges Finanzwesen auf deutscher, europäischer und internationaler Ebene (G7, G20) fachlich und strategisch zu beraten. Darüber hinaus entwickelt das SV FSE innovative Ansätze, Tools und Trainings, um Bewusstsein und Kompetenzen zum Thema Sustainable Finance in Schwellen
- und Entwicklungsländern zu stärken.

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Sektorfachliche und strategische Beratung des BMZ zu verschiedenen Themen und Prozessen im Bereich Sustainable Finance auf deutscher, EU- und internationaler Ebene
- Erarbeitung von Fachbeiträgen, Implementierungskonzepten, Trainingsmaterialien und Positionspapieren zur Stärkung der Rahmenbedingungen für ein nachhaltiges Finanzsystem, sowie der Sustainable Finance Praktiken im Finanzsektor
- Begleitung von Umsetzungsprogrammen und Capacity Building Maßnahmen in ausgewählten Entwicklungs
- und Schwellenländern
- Aufbau und Pflege von Netzwerken mit internen und externen Partnern
- Beitrag zur Entwicklung konzeptioneller Ansätze für die Anbahnung neuer Projekte und Akquise von Projektmitteln
- Markt
- und Umfeldbeobachtung zur Identifikation neuer Entwicklungen und Trends im Thema Sustainable Finance
- Unterstützung des Managements bei Themen des Monitorings, des Wissensmanagements und der Kommunikation

**Ihr Profil**:

- Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium (Master/Diplom) in Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Finanzwissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Arbeitserfahrung im Themenbereich Sustainable Finance, insbesondere nachhaltige Finanzinstrumente, Sustainable Finance Policy und Regulierung oder Integration von Nachhaltigkeitsfaktoren im Risikomanagement
- Arbeitserfahrung im kommerziellen Finanzsektor oder in der Finanzmarktregulierung und -aufsicht
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Projektmanagement in einem internationalen Kontext, Arbeitserfahrung in Entwicklungs
- oder Schwellenländern ist von Vorteil
- Erfahrung in der Beratung politischer Akteure und Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Sachverhalte klar, anschaulich und prägnant zu kommunizieren
- Fundiertes Wissen zur Entwicklungszusammenarbeit, zu internationalen Ansätzen und guten Praktiken im Themenbereich Sustainable Finance
- Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten, Engagement und Ambiguitätstoleranz
- Sicheres, überzeugendes Auftreten sowohl in Fachkreisen als auch gegenüber hochrangigen Stakeholdern
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse; weitere Sprachkenntnisse z.B. in Spanisch, Portugiesisch, Französisch sind von Vorteil

**Hinweise**:
Der Arbeitsplatz ist für eine Besetzung in Vollzeit oder durch Teilzeitkräfte geeignet.

Die Option auf Vertragsverlängerung ist gegeben.

Die Bereitschaft zu regelmäßigen Geschäftsreisen wird vorausgesetzt.
