**Your Tasks**:
- Collaborating in the coaching of Scrum and Kanban teams, in the context of Agile Coaching
- Contributing to strategic topics of the Agile Coaching Community, such as Community of Practise, Lean Coffee etc.
- Participating in the preparation, follow-up and execution of trainings (e.g. Scrum Basic, Kanban etc.)
**Your Profile**:
- Studies in business psychology, (business) informatics, computer science, communication science or equivalent qualification
- Enjoy facilitating workshops and being an Agile Coach
- Enthusiasm for the topics like agile product development and scaling agile methods
- Knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe and/or experience with JIRA an advantage
- Excellent analytical and communication skills and strong hands-on mentality
- Fluent in English, German is an advantage
- Availability of 12-15h per week (flexible schedule by arrangement)
