**Ihre aufgaben**:

- Unterstützung der Sales-Mitarbeiter beim Onboarden neuer Kunden bzw. bei der Anpassung bestehender Kundenbeziehungen durch Ausweitung der Produktpalette
- Starten des Onboarding Prozesses für KYC und die dazugehörigen Rahmenverträge
- Hilfestellung bezüglich der jeweils benötigten Dokumente, teilweise auch direkter Kontakt mit dem Kunden, um die Dokumente einzusammeln
- Unterstützung der Sales bei den anstehenden KYC-Reviews unter Beachtung der Richtlinien von Compliance bezüglich des KYC Verfallsdatums
- Ansprechpartner für alle technischen Fragen rund um das Onboarding Thema inklusive der benötigten Tools

**Ihr profil**:

- Studierende in BWL, Finance oder vergleichbarem Studiengang
- Gute MS Office Kenntnisse (v.a. Excel, Word)
- Verantwortungsbewusste, engagierte und lösungsorientierte Persönlichkeit
- Strukturiertes, organisiertes und zuverlässiges Arbeiten
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Flexibilität
- Gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch
