**Overview**:
**Your responsibilities**:

- ** Product Strategy & Vision**: Define and articulate the product vision and strategy in alignment with company goals. Identify market opportunities and establish product roadmaps that prioritize key initiatives.
- ** Market Research & Analysis**: Conduct extensive market research to gain insights into customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends. Utilize this information to guide product development and positioning.
- ** Cross-functional collaboration**: Collaborate closely with engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure successful product delivery and alignment across the organization. Foster a culture of communication and teamwork.
- ** Product Lifecycle Management**: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, including ideation, development, launch, and post-launch evaluation. Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on user feedback and performance metrics.
- ** Team Leadership**: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing product management team, providing guidance and support to drive individual and team success in a collaborative environment.
- ** Customer Engagement**: Engage directly with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback, validate product concepts, and ensure products meet their needs, enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- ** Performance Metrics**: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive actionable insights. Analyze and report on product performance to stakeholders at all levels.

**Your profile**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in product management, with a strong focus on AI or technology-related products.
- Proven track record of successfully managing the entire product lifecycle and delivering impactful products to market.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with experience in building and leading high-performing teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools for product management is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, capable of conveying complex ideas to diverse audiences, including technical and non-technical stakeholders.
