Ab sofort suchen wir einen Administrative Technology Coordinator (m/w/d) für unser Technology Team in der Region Trier (Salmtal) oder hybrid. Du bist die rechte Hand unseres CTO’s und unterstützt ihn bei allen operativen Themen. DEINE AUFGABEN
- Du übernimmst allgemeine Administrationsaufgaben einschließlich Dokumentationsverwaltung und Koordinierung mit anderen Abteilungen (Sales, Marketing, IT etc.) um einen reibungslosen Ablauf zu gewährleisten
- Du betreibst Prozessoptimierung, Umsetzung von Kostensenkungen und Aufsetzen neuer Prozesse sowie einer Reportingstruktur
- Du pflegst Datenbanken und Ablagesysteme (MS SharePoint, Confluence, JIRA, HubSpot etc.) sowohl elektronisch als auch in Papierform (Abnahmeprotokolle, Service Berichte etc.)
- Du planst unsere Abteilungsmeetings, fertigst detaillierte Protokolle und bereitest Aufgaben nach
- Du unterstützt den CTO bei allen operativen Themen sowie Verfolgung von Aufgaben und Zeitplänen innerhalb des Technology Team

WEN WIR SUCHEN
- Du hast eine technische Ausbildung/Studium und idealerweise Erfahrung aus dem Bereich Maschinenbau, Automatisierungstechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbar
- Berufseinsteiger willkommen
- Bevorzugt bringst du Erfahrung im Bereich der Prozessoptimierung und Projektleitung mit
- Du bist ein Organisationstalent, kannst sehr gut priorisieren und kommunizieren
- Du bist routiniert im Umgang mit MS-Office, Service-Ticket-System-Erfahrung ist von Vorteil (Jira oder ähnliches)
- Gute Deutsch
- und idealerweise gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden Dein Profil ab
