Sales Representative for Commercial Services

Position Title: Sales Representative for Commercial Services (m/w/d)

Employment Type: Full-time (40 hours/week)

Company Overview: Cardpoint GmbH is a prominent player in the cash services industry, operating over 2,000 ATMs and cash recyclers across Germany. As a leading independent provider of cash machine services, we ensure convenient and secure access to cash where it is most needed. We are part of the NCR Atleos Corporation, a global technology leader based in Atlanta, Georgia, with a strong commitment to self-service solutions.

Role Overview: In this role, you will report directly to the sales management team. Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate closely with the field sales team to manage and expand our existing customer base. You will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquisition of new clients
  • Management of an existing customer portfolio
  • Regional responsibility for revenue generation
  • Establishment and maintenance of customer relationships
  • Close collaboration with the field sales team
  • Preparation of proposals and contract negotiations
  • Identification and development of customer potential
  • Administrative tasks related to customer management

  • Persuasiveness and resilience
  • Motivation to achieve targets
  • Fluent in German, both spoken and written; English is a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
