**The HR Administrator plays an integral role within the HR Team, responsible for managing various administrative functions contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the HR function.**

**Key responsibilities include**:
**Payroll Management**:

- Verify employees' attendance and absences, including unauthorized absence, sick leave, and holiday entitlements.
- Organize salary advance payments for employees as needed.
- Oversee and track bonus payments, ensuring compliance with relevant bonus schemes.
- Assist with monthly audits of payroll data, including vacation call duties, hardship allowances, overtime, TSA, and contract amendments.
- Support monthly time-tracking closure activities.
- Initiate payroll processing within designated timelines.
- Review and verify employee payslips, addressing any discrepancies or inquiries.
- Coordinate payroll corrections when necessary.
- Maintain and update payroll key performance indicators (KPIs) and claims.
- Compile and update all social and legal data affecting payroll operations.
- Address employee inquiries regarding payroll matters.
- Serve as the liaison between employees and external payroll service providers.

**Administration**:

- Coordinate the Entry and Exit process for employees.
- Ensure accuracy of data within the HR Tool (Personio) and forward relevant information to payroll service providers.
- Generate and maintain personnel files, both digitally and in hard copy format.
- Prepare employment contracts, employer certificates, and other relevant documents.
- Coordinate external work assignments once validated.
- Plan and coordinate medical visits for employees as required.
- Update HR monitoring tools and KPIs.
- Assist in organizing internal and external training courses.
- Coordinate A1 forms for external work assignments.
- Provide support to the Deputy HR Manager in various tasks.
- Address all employee inquiries promptly and professionally.

**Profil, expérience, formation**
- Bachelor's degree in economics, HR management, or a related field
- Prior professional experience in HR is advantageous
- Proficient in both English and German languages
- Strong proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Microsoft Excel
- Sound understanding of organizational policies and HR procedures
- Preferred familiarity with aeronautical industry work environment
- Demonstrated ability to implement internal processes
- Skilled in setting and prioritizing tasks
- Capable of proposing and implementing continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborative mindset with a strong sense of reliability
