**Stellenprofil**:Wir suchen eine engagierte und professionelle Teamassistenz (w/m/d) zur Verstärkung unseres Manufacturing Teams in Putzbrunn. Der Anspruch Ihrer Tätigkeit liegt in der Vielfalt der Aufgaben im administrativen Bereich, mit der Sie unser Team bei der täglichen Arbeit unterstützen.
Diese Position wird an unserem Standort Putzbrunn bei München besetzt und könnte, je nach Aufgabenbereich und geschäftlichen Erfordernissen, flexible Möglichkeiten für ein hybrides Arbeitsmodell bieten, d.h. einen Teil der Zeit könnte remote von zu Hause aus gearbeitet werden.*

**Aufgaben**:

- Administrativer und organisatorischer Support des lokalen Manufacturing Teams und der Führungskräfte
- Planung und Organisation von Meetings, Events und Reisen
- Unterstützung der Abteilungsleiter bei der Erstellung von Betriebs
- und Arbeitsanweisungen sowie fachspezifischen Unterweisungen
- Unterstützung bei der Archivierung von gelenkten Dokumenten im Qualitätsmanagementsystem
- Organisation und Dokumentation von Schulungen und Trainings
- Unterstützung bei der Anmeldung und Betreuung von externen Dienstleistern (Fremdfirmenmanagement)
- Eigenständige Erstellung und Auswertung diverser Reports für tägliche Meetings
- Kommunikation mit Schnittstellen, wie z.B. Engineering, Werkstatt und Qualitätssicherung

**Erforderliche Qualifikationen**:

- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in einem technischen oder kaufmännischen Beruf und idealerweise mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Papier-, Textil-, Automobil
- oder Kunststoffbranche
- Gutes technisches Verständnis
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sicherer Umgang mit Office Anwendungen
- Flexibilität, Zuverlässigkeit und Service-Orientierung
- Eigenständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Ausgeprägtes Kommunikations
- und Organisationstalent
- Hohes Maß an Genauigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

**Gewünschte Qualifikationen**:

- Erfahrung im Bereich Teamassistenz oder vergleichbarer Position
- Gute Englischkenntnisse und/oder weitere Fremdsprachen
