**About the Role**:We are looking for an Inside Sales Associate to join our Technical Oriented Fabrics team (TOF) in either Putzbrunn, Germany, Barcelona, Spain or Livingston, Scotland. In this role, you will provide inside sales support to TOF EMEA customers in partnership with field sales, other account team members and manufacturing team members to meet customer needs and achieve desired business outcomes while delivering a positive customer experience.

This position will be located at one of our above mentioned facilities in Europe, with the possibility of a hybrid remote work arrangement, depending upon the responsibilities of the role and business needs.

This is a temporary contract for 12 months.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide best in class customer interface and order management services to our Technical Oriented Fabrics (TOF) customers in EMEA Public Safety and Workwear markets
- Provide effective and timely order management and order book control in compliance with global procedures and agreed service levels
- Support internal supply and demand planning activities, S&OE and S&OP processes and demand planing/gliding forecasts as required
- Coordinate inside sales activities with a prime focus on contract/tender management, contract review, price offers, quotations, product sampling, provision of certificates / documentation, product development support, record information for audit requirements, complaint and inquiry management, etc., in compliance with our procedures and agreed service levels
- Partner actively with account and business teams to meet customer needs and execute business and account plan goals
- Provide general support and back up for other Inside Sales in time of vacation, medical absence etc.
- Attend customer meetings and industry events, virtually and in person, if required
- Practice equitable and inclusive behaviors with other associates to achieve outstanding results

**Required Qualifications**:

- Commercial orientation with minimum 3 years’ experience in a customer focused role in either customer service or sales administration and a high degree of customer and service orientation
- Excellent communication skills verbally and written, outgoing and good at networking, experience in building internal and external virtual relationships
- Solid analytical skills and acumen with reporting tools with a detail-oriented approach
- Strong positive influencing skills
- Strong system and process skills - proficiency in ERP systems, Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Familiar with a multi-functional and multi-cultural environment
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Excellent organizational abilities, self-driven, flexible and creative and the ability to handle complex processes
- Ability to work under pressure as well as work either independently or in teams with a high level of team spirit
- Ability to travel mínimal 5% for customer meetings as required

**Desired Qualifications**:

- Experience in operations, logistics, planning, procurement, supply chain or equivalent and knowledge of tender and contract management
- Professional experience in a technical industry and ideally with knowledge of European markets and businesses
- Strong command of another European language - German, Italian and/or French
