**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Du entwickelst einzigartige und **visuell ansprechende Designs**, die Funktionalität und Ästhetik optimal verbinden.
- Du arbeitest an der **Weiterentwicklung unseres visuellen Erscheinungsbildes** und prägst damit den Look & Feel unserer Marke sowie unserer Produkte.
- Für **komplexe SEO-Data-Stories** entwickelst du verständliche und ästhetische Datenvisualisierungen, die unsere Zielgruppe begeistern und nach vorn bringen.
- Du **planst und führst Usability-Tests** sowie Nutzerforschungen durch, um fundierte Designentscheidungen zu treffen.
- Du beobachtest **aktuelle Designtrends und inspirierst unser Entwickler:innenteam** mit neuen Ideen, um unsere Software-Produkte kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln.

**Dein Profil**:

- Du bringst **bereits Erfahrung im Bereich UX/UI-Design** mit und hast bereits in realen Projekten Usability-Tests oder Nutzerforschungen durchgeführt.
- Der Umgang mit Tools wie **Figma**, **Adobe XD**, **Sketch** und idealerweise **Hotjar** oder **Clearity** ist dir vertraut.
- Du hast ein gutes Gespür für Farben, Formen und Typografie und verstehst, wie Design auf Nutzer:innen wirkt.
- Du bist ein:e Teamplayer:in, hast Lust, kreative Ideen einzubringen und diese in Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Entwickler:innenteam umzusetzen.
- Erfahrung im Bereich Datenvisualisierung oder Interesse an SEO-Tools ist ein Bonus, aber keine Voraussetzung.
- Arbeitsproben oder Referenzen sind für uns ein wertvoller Bestandteil deiner Bewerbung.
