Freight Forwarder

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the entire process, from initial inquiry to final negotiation and conclusion of the deal. Solving any issues relating to the fixture concluded.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Arrange the complete process of shipment (inland transportation, booking, timely document, follow-up with tracking and tracing to final destination).
- Negotiate cost-effective rates with service providers to ensure maximum profitability.
- Book & coordinate the most cost effective and efficient means as per client requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years of relevant broking experience with a proven track record in the container shipping sector and the knowledge & skills relating to chartering to get going immediately without any formal training.
- Relevant degree or diploma
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, owners, and other industry stakeholders
- Knowledge of the international maritime industry and regulations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
