Specialist Procurement Analysis

In your new role you will
- **Summarize price, purchasing volume **, and **payment data **to allow controlling of supplier performance
- **Define **and **align requirements **for reporting with **Finance **and stakeholders
- **Collect the inputs requested **from finance from the category managers
- **Drive automation of reportin **g together with IT and Finance
- **Analyze price (level/CR/benchmarking), **purchasing volume, and payment term data to allow transparency on supplier performance
- **Provide input for the quarterly performance review **scorecard and collects supplier evaluation inputs related to business aspects

As a Specialist in Procurement Analytics, you recognize and seize the potential for improving efficiency with dedication and determination. Furthermore, you cooperate across boundaries and appreciate the contributions of other people. Lastly, you stand by your statements and walk the talk.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- A **bachelor’s **or **master’s **degree in **finance **or **economics **, providing you with a good foundation in the principles and practices of these fields.
- **0-1 year **of professional work experience
- **Excellent English **language skills, both written and verbal. **German language skills will be a plus **, which would be advantageous in dealing with international clients or partners.
- Previous experience using **SAP **and **ERP systems **would be a plus, giving you a competitive edge in handling financial data and streamlining processes.
- **Good analytical skills **that allow you to interpret data and transform it into actionable business requirements effectively.
- **Strong communication skills **that enable you to convey financial information clearly and effectively and engage with various stakeholders.
- Proven ability to **work in a cross-functional international environment **, demonstrating your adaptability and collaboration with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
