To support our university in the further development and administration of funding programme portfolios, we seek to fill the following position as soon as possible:
**Associate Third Party Funding (gn)**

part-time (30 hours/week) or full-time (40 hours/week).

The position requires knowledge and experience in the areas of research funding and third-party funding administration.

Your tasks:

- Search for suitable funding programs, development and implementation of internal training courses for the faculty
- Supporting the legal department and HR department in the preparation of contracts and the finance department in commercial issues and the preliminary tax classification of funding projects
- Supporting the project managers in drawing up and managing the budget within the framework of the applicable funding guidelines
- Budget monitoring and auditing
- Preparation of proof of use of funds and call-offs
- Preparation of documents for external reviews and audits

Your profile:

- University degree with Master's degree or comparable
- Experience in science management
- Specialist knowledge of national and international funding programs
- Very good knowledge of Excel and basic business skills
- Ability to work with international and interdisciplinary teams
- Structured and independent way of working
- Good communication skills and a confident manner
- Business fluent in written and spoken English and German, with at least one of the two languages at native speaker level
