Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine:n **Mitarbeiter:in Finance & Operations **für unser Büro im Herzen von Bonn.
Als **Mitarbeiter:in Finance & Operations** trägst du maßgeblich zur reibungslosen Abwicklung aller administrativen Aufgaben des Unternehmens bei, wobei du insbesondere einen Schwerpunkt auf die Finance-Funktion der Organisation legst. Du hilfst uns sicherzustellen, dass alle finanziellen Abläufe effizient und präzise abgewickelt werden.
**Dein Impact**:
**Im Bereich Finanzen**
- Operative Unterstützung des CFO / Team Lead Finance & Operations im Tagesgeschäft.
- Rechnungserstellung für unsere Gesellschaften (DE & US) sowie Abklärung steuerrechtlicher Fragen mit unseren externen Beratern.
- Überwachung und Umsetzung aller Ein
- und Ausgangszahlungen (wir nutzen das Tool “Pleo”) & der Banksalden.
- Mahnwesen und Zahlungserinnerungen.
- Belegmanagement und Vorbereitung/Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung der Monatsabschlüsse.
- Bearbeitung laufender Geschäftsvorfälle in den Bereichen Bank, Debitoren
- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung.
**Im Bereich Administration/Operations**
- Unterstützung & Vertretung bei operativen HR Themen.
- Organisation, Koordination und Abwicklung aller Admin-Aufgaben, wie Korrespondenz, Terminkoordination, Fuhrparkmanagement, Bestellwesen, Dienstreiseplanung
- und abrechnung.
- Administrative und organisatorische Unterstützung des Teams.

Wir haben uns viele Gedanken gemacht, welche Voraussetzungen du für diese Stelle mitbringen solltest:
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine gleichwertige/höhere Qualifikation.
- 2 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung im Bereich Finanzen und/oder Assistenzbereich mit dem Schwerpunkt Finanzen.
- Eine hohe Zahlenaffinität und eine ausgeprägte Analysefähigkeit.
- Gute Kenntnisse in DATEV Unternehmen Online.
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse.
- Führerschein Klasse B.
