- Ganzheitliche Betreuung und Verantwortung des Rekrutierungsprozesses
- Enger Austausch mit Fachbereichen und HR Business Partnern
- Sicherstellung des End-to-End Rekrutierungsprozesses: vom Employer Branding, Stärkung und Ausbau der Arbeitgebermarke, der Erstellung zielgruppenspezifischer Anforderungsprofile und Stellenausschreibungen bis zur Beratung von Führungskräften bezüglich Suchprofil und Auswahl der geeigneten Recruiting Strategie sowie Führen und Begleiten von Vorstellungsgesprächen
- Aufbau und Entwicklung einer internen Talent Acquisition Kompetenz Abteilung (COE)
- (Führung des Talent Acquisition Teams)

**Das bringen Sie mit**:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Personal oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige relevante Berufserfahrung im HR-Umfeld in einer Talent Acquisition Rolle sowie Führungserfahrung
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Hohes Maß an Authentizität und Empathie
- Eine analytische, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie die nötige Flexibilität, sich auf unterschiedliche Gesprächspartner einzustellen
