**IHRE AUFGABEN**:
- Strategische Technologieplanung und Entwicklung neuer Steuergeräteplattformen für die gesamte Knorr-Bremse Systeme für Nutzfahrzeuge weltweit
- Führung, Motivation und Förderung der Mitarbeiter und Führungskräfte im globalen Entwicklungsverbund
- Integration der Informationsflüsse zwischen den globalen Teams sowie Erweiterung der Technologiekompetenz
- Umfassende Verantwortung für Planung, Steuerung und Einhaltung des Fachbereichsbudgets sowie Termine, Qualität und Kosten der Entwicklungsvorhaben
- Technische und kommerzielle Bewertung von Neuprojekten
- Koordination von Entwicklungsprojekten und Serienanläufen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit global agierenden Elektronikzulieferern
- Enge interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit Software
- und Mechatronik-Entwicklung, Fertigung, Qualität und Einkauf
- Auswahl und Weiterentwicklung der Zulieferer für Elektronische Komponenten und für die Fertigung der Steuergeräte gemeinsam mit dem Einkauf
- Optimierung der Entwicklungsprozesse im Fachgebiet
- Technische Verantwortung für die entwickelten Produkte über den gesamten Produktlebenszyklus, von der Konzept-, Angebots-, Serieneinführungs
- über die Serienphase bis zum Nachmarkt
**IHR PROFIL**
- Erfolgreicher Hochschulabschluss Fachrichtung Elektrotechnik, Nachrichtentechnik, Mechatronik, oder vergleichbar
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Serienentwicklung von Elektroniken für automobile Steuergeräte in Linien
- oder Projektmanagementverantwortung
- Dynamik, Engagement und ausgeprägte Sozialkompetenz
- Erfahrung in der Führung größerer, internationaler Teams oder Abteilungen
- Ausgeprägtes Interesse an fach
- und systemübergreifenden Zusammenhängen
- Kenntnisse im Bereich ISO/TS 16949, Automotive SPICE, ISO 26262 und Cyber-Security
- Hohe Eigeninitiative, soziale Kompetenz, verbindliches Auftreten sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten in Kombination mit einer hohen Umsetzungsorientierung
- Konstruktives Durchsetzungsvermögen und Überzeugungsstärke
- Teamfähigkeit und hohe Belastbarkeit
- Sehr gute Deutsch
