Job DescriptionBODAS (Bosch Rexroth Digital Application Solutions) is a comprehensive ecosystem for the off-highway market. Within the BODAS ecosystem, hardware (controllers, sensors, displays), software ecosystem, and IoT are aligned and meaningfully integrated to cover the customer's needs in drive and control technology for mobile machines from a single source.

As a Cybersecurity Manager, you are the central point of contact for the cybersecurity of BODAS products. You can develop your passion for the security field and inspire our customers with attractive security solutions:
- You develop security concepts in accordance with the state of the art and existing standards and regulations.
- You are responsible for creating security artifacts, such as Security Relevance and Risk Assessment (SRRA), Threat Analysis and Risk Assessment (TARA), Security Bill of Materials, etc.
- You coordinate the implementation or implement cybersecurity solutions in the software, hardware, and sensor teams, including production.
- You support sales and product management in negotiating the cybersecurity interface agreement with OEMs and suppliers.
- You coordinate security testing and validation activities.
- You actively participate in cybersecurity forums within and outside the Bosch Group to enable the continuous updating of the security process and solutions.
- You develop training concepts for the organization.
- Education: Academic degree in a technical or natural science field: IT security, computer science, electrical engineering, mathematics, physics, or a comparable course of study.
- Personality and work style: Initiative, team ability, and sense of responsibility. You are able to quickly grasp and structure complex issues.
- Experience and knowledge:
- Several years of professional experience and comprehensive knowledge in the field of cybersecurity and cryptography, preferably in the context of embedded systems, cryptographic network protocols, and/or IT security.
- Typical hardware and software security mechanisms as well as common cryptographic algorithms are known to you.
- It would be ideal if you had already actively participated in the implementation of risk and threat analyses as well as the development of security concepts within a cybersecurity management process.
- Knowledge of security standards (e.g. ISO/SAE 21434, IEC 62443, SAE J3061) and regulations (e.g. UNECE R155/R156) is advantageous.
