Sie arbeiten in einem internationalen Team von bis zu 4 Mitarbeitenden und koordinieren die Validierungs
- und Routineprobenahmen für Pharmawässer und Prozessgassysteme am Standort Singen.
**Ihre **Hauptverantwortlichkeiten**:
- Zeitgerechte Durchführung der oben genannten Aufgaben und Tätigkeiten unter Einhaltung der GMP Regularien und internen Arbeitsanweisungen
- Erstellung der Prüfplanung für die einzelnen Medien, Koordination der durchzuführenden Analysen und Unterstützung bei Abweichungen
- Zeitgerechte Durchführung der periodischen Überprüfungen der Ergebnisse von Routineprobenahmen und Verfassen der entsprechenden Berichte
- Planen von Validierungsaktivitäten und Erstellung der entsprechenden Validierungsunterlagen
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung und Überarbeitung von Arbeitsanweisungen
- Benutzung von standortüblichen elektronischen Systemen, z.B. LEADS und Veeva zur Dokumentenbearbeitung, Trackwise für Qualitätsmanagementaufgaben wie die Bearbeitung von Abweichungs
- oder CAPA-Aufgaben, MODA und MiniTab für statistische Auswertungen
- Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung von Korrektur
- und Vorbeugungsmaßnahmen (CAPA) zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung und Verschlankung der Prozesse
- Teilnahme (als Subject Matter Expert) an Audits
- Moderation regelmäßiger Besprechungen als Teil des abteilungsübergreifenden Wassermanagement und Utility Management Teams
- Durchführung von Schulungen zum Thema Wasserprobenahme in der Produktion
**Ihr Profil**:
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Biologielaborant:in oder Biologisch-technische Assistent:in oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Erste Erfahrung im pharmazeutischen oder ähnlichen Umfeld
- Technisches Verständnis in Bezug auf Wasser
- und Prozessgassysteme
- Fundierte Erfahrung mit elektronischen Systemen
- Ausgeprägte Team
- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Gute GMP-Kenntnisse auf dem Gebiet der Mikrobiologie
