Summary

For the "Finance" department we are looking for a "Bid & Contract Evaluation Manager / RMC Co-ordinator" at the earliest possible date at the Taufkirchen or Ulm location.

The "Bid & Contract Evaluation Manager / RMC Co-ordinator" is responsible for ensuring that HENSOLDT offers to customers and contracts with customers are approved in accordance with the rules and processes defined by HENSOLDT or prescribed by company law. The aim is to promote and protect the company's interests.

Your Tasks- Definition and implementation of the offer validation process for all companies of the HENSOLDT Group- Organizing the release dates and conducting the release meetings with the HENSOLDT management- Coordination and preliminary discussion of offers and contracts with the various functions and departments involved prior to approval- Ensuring that all key aspects for approval, in particular profitability, risks and corresponding mitigation measures, are fully presented- Ensuring that bids and contracts are approved at the appropriate decision-making level- Ensuring that the review, evaluation and approval of offers and contracts take place within a time frame that allows the deadlines set by the customer to be met

Your Profile- Completed studies in the commercial sector or comparable- Sound professional experience, ideally in areas such as commercial, finance, bid management, sales- Independent, reliable and analytical way of working and entrepreneurial thinking- High level of commitment and initiative- Flexibility and communication skills as well as a strong team player- Very good German and English skills
