IHRE AUFGABE
Als Project Leader verantworten Sie Projekte, in denen es vor allem um die klinische Weiterentwicklung und das erfolgreiche In-Verkehr-Bringen unseres Botulinum Neurotoxins Xeomin in therapeutischen Indikationen geht. Mit externen Entwicklungspartnern, unseren internen Fachabteilungen und Dienstleistern führen Sie Projekte in neuen, anspruchsvollen neurologischen Indikationen durch, um das volle Potential von Xeomin und gegebenenfalls weiteren Substanzen für Merz Therapeutics auszuschöpfen. Dabei planen und strukturieren Sie die Projekte, führen diese zum Erfolg und sind die Ansprechperson für die projektbezogene Kommunikation.
- Leiten von bereichsübergreifenden Projekten zur klinischen Weiterentwicklung von Xeomin und anderen Substanzen gemäß Unternehmensstrategie bei Merz Therapeutics
- Zusammenstellung und Motivation von crossfunktionalen Projektteams und Sicherstellung einer effektiven internen und externen Kommunikation
- Schnelle Einarbeitung in neue therapeutische Indikationen, Pflege von Beziehungen zu externen Entwicklungspartnern
- Einhaltung von Qualitäts-, Budget
- und Zeitvorgaben unter Berücksichtigung interner Projektmanagementstandards und dem Risikomanagement
- Überwachung und Verwaltung des Projektbudgets sowie Beteiligung an Auftragsvergabe für auszulagernde Tätigkeiten
- Regelmäßige Präsentation des Projektfortschritts an das Management
- Repräsentation der Projekte in Global Product Teams sowie Sicherstellung einer engen Zusammenarbeit mit dem jeweiligen Asset Leader
- Erstellung der erforderlichen Projektdokumentation gemäß geltenden Qualitätsstandards in Kooperation mit Fachabteilungen und dem Project Management Office

IHR PROFIL
- Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium, vorzugsweise mit Promotion in einer Life Science Disziplin
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Management von klinischen Projekten in verschiedenen Indikationen und vorzugsweise unterschiedlichen medizinischen Gebieten
- Erfahrung in der Anwendung von Projektmanagement Methoden, idealerweise mit Zertifizierung als Projektmanager*in (PMP, IPMA Level D o.Ä.)
- Ausgeprägte soziale und interkulturelle Kompetenz für die Leitung von multidisziplinäre und international besetzten Projektteams
- Erfahrung in der Führung von crossfunktionalen Teams
- selbstständige, analytische, strukturierte und umsetzungsstarke Arbeitsweise
- Kommunikations
- und Verhandlungsstärke auf Deutsch und Englisch
