Kundenberatung Customer Care (w/m/d/x)

Deine Aufgaben
- Du bist die erste Kontaktstelle für alle bei uns eintreffenden Fragen zu unseren Serviceleistungen
- Du hilfst dabei, aus verzwickten Situationen herauszukommen, indem du rund um die Themen: laufende Miete, unsere Fahrzeuge, Funktionen der App und Zahlungsoptionen betreust
- Du nimmst Anfragen per Telefon, Chat und E-Mail in unserem Service Center im Schichtdienst entgegen und löst diese schnellstmöglich
- Du weißt blitzschnell bei Meldungen zu Funktionsstörungen an der App oder den Fahrzeugen, worum es geht und solltest in der Lage sein, die wichtigsten Informationen herauszufiltern, um diese in die richtigen Kommunikationskanäle weiterzuleiten
- Du unterstützt uns bei der Sachbearbeitung sowie der Kommunikation mit externen Körperschaften (z. B.: Behörden, Inkassofirmen oder Versicherungen)

Deine Stärken
- Du besitzt eine gute Konfliktlösungskompetenz und es macht dir Spaß, beratend zur Seite zu stehen
- Du bist kommunikativ und bringst herausragende Umgangsformen mit
- Du kennst dich idealerweise mit der Anwendung eines digitale Ticketing-Systems aus
- Du bringst verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse & sehr gutes Englisch in Wort und Schrift mit - jede weitere Sprache (präferiert Französisch oder Niederländisch) ist ein absolutes Plus
- Du hast viel Spaß bei der Arbeit und ein hohes Maß an Teamgeist und mit viel positiver Stimmung hältst du den Fun Factor in unserem Team konstant

Warum MILES?
- Es erwartet dich ein monatliches Bruttogehalt in Höhe von 2.370,00 € brutto. Zusätzlich erhältst du monatliche performanceorientierte Boni sowie Zuschläge für Nacht-, Sonn
- und Feiertagsschichten.
- Unsere Schichtplanung wird vier Wochen vorab festgelegt. So ist es für dich konkret und planbar.
- Für dich besteht zudem die Flexibilität auch mal aus dem Homeoffice zu arbeiten.
