Sales Operations Specialist

Yamaha is the world’s biggest manufacturer of musical instruments and one of the leading producers of audio equipment for home entertainment and professional use. Our European headquarters are located in Rellingen (northwest of Hamburg). We have approximately 800 dedicated employees working in our offices across Europe including Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Scandinavia, and the UK, who operate local and international sales and marketing activities.

To enhance our strategic sales development & innovation department at our headquarters in Rellingen near Hamburg we are looking for a

SALES OPERATIONS SPECIALIST (M/F/X)
- limited on 1 year
- Your duties:

- managing given sales tools to provide clarity of sales situations and developments
- optimization of sales processes and sales information
- conceptionally designing and implementing staff training
- acting as an interface between all divisions and branches to ensure excellent communications on objectives and process improvements
- providing analysis and proactively making suggestions for future improvements in our sales operations
- coordinating D2C- and sales operation projects and supporting the change management processes

These tasks represent the focus of the role, but the list is non-exclusive - depending on how the environment and the company evolve, there may be additional and/or different tasks.

Your profile:

- successfully completed commercial training, university degree in business informatics, economics, sales, or comparable qualification
- proactive and self-motivated
- ability to adapt flexibly to changes of our commercial situation
- strong communication skills and the willingness to interact with all divisions and branches of Yamaha, as well as all levels of staff and management, in a positive and constructive manner
- fluency in English, German of advantage
- good knowledge in sales, both B2B- and D2C -Sales
- good time management skills, an analytical approach
- experience in project management of advantage
- knowledge of SAP and BI systems of advantage
