Die Aktion Mensch, größte deutsche Soziallotterie, befindet sich auf der Zielgeraden einer grundlegenden Veränderung der agilen Zusammenarbeit hin zu einer Flight Level Organisation.

In dieser Struktur werden fachliche und disziplinarische Führung voneinander getrennt, und wir suchen jemanden wie dich, um die disziplinarische Führung von cross-funktionalen Teams zu übernehmen.

- Als People Lead trägst du die disziplinarische Verantwortung für cross-funktionale Teams während des gesamten Employee Lifecycle.
- Indem du sicherstellst, dass die Teams über die erforderlichen fachlichen, methodischen und persönlichen Kompetenzen verfügen, förderst du das Empowerment zu selbstorganisiertem und eigenverantwortlichem Arbeiten, um erfolgreich zu agieren und leistest einen wichtigen Beitrag zur Erreichung der Unternehmensziele.
- In enger Zusammenarbeit mit der fachlichen Führung (Product Owner) identifizierst du das Potenzial und die Lernfelder der Mitarbeiter*innen. Du entwickelst Perspektiven für deren persönliche und fachliche Weiterentwicklung, evaluierst diese und verantwortest das Personalentwicklungsbudget.
- Im engen Austausch mit der fachlichen Führung führst du regelmäßige Feedbackgespräche.
- Du behältst die Unternehmensziele im Blick und sorgst für eine langfristige Ausrichtung sowie Entwicklung der Kompetenzen im Einklang mit den Unternehmenszielen.
- Du identifizierst unternehmensübergreifende Entwicklungsbedarfe und konzipierst Formate sowie Instrumente zur Mitarbeiterentwicklung, die der gesamten Organisation Orientierung bieten. Dabei bist du dabei in enger Abstimmung mit anderen People Leads und Teil der Personalabteilung.

- Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position mit.
- Idealerweise ist dir die Zusammenarbeit mit cross-funktionalen Teams vertraut, vor allem unter Einbezug agiler Methodiken.
- Deine Leidenschaft für die Themen Mitarbeiterführung, Personalentwicklung und Teammanagement zeichnen dich aus.
- Zu deinen Stärken zählen Empathie, Kommunikationsfreude, Organisationsfähigkeit, Durchsetzungsstärke und unternehmerisches Denken.
- Der Umgang mit Ressourcen
- und Budgetplanung sowie KPI´s sind dir vertraut.
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder ein Studium absolviert.
