**Sales Support Representative (m/w/d)**
zur Unterstützung des Key Account Managers bei der Betreuung der Kunden und Bearbeitung der damit verbundenen Aufgaben:
- Erstellung von kundenindividuellen Präsentationen und Auswertungen
- Vorbereitung von Jahresgesprächen / Kundenterminen und sonstigen Gesprächen
- Erstellung von Kunden-Preismatrizen
- Anfertigung von monatlichen Absatz
- und Umsatzreports
- Unterstützung bei Vertriebsprojekten
- Aktions
- und Listungsübersichten, verbunden mit aktiver Kundenansprache bezgl Timing / Menge etc
- Eigenständige Implementierung von Change Projekten in Absprache
Was Sie mitbringen:
- abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, z.B. Industriekauffrau/-mann (m/w/d)
- mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Kundenbetreuung
- sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office und SAP
- ausgeprägte Kunden
- und Dienstleistungsorientierung
- Kommunikationsstärk sowie Durchsetzungsvermögen
- sichere Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
