As an addition for our Hilter team, we are looking for a:
**S**ales Support Representative (M/F/d)**
to assist the Key Account Managers in supporting customers and processing the associated tasks:
- creating customer-specific presentations and evaluations
- preparing annual appraisals / customer appointments and other discussions
- generating customer price matrices
- compiling monthly sales and turnover reports
- supporting for sales projects
- preparing action and sales reports, listing overviews, combined with active customer contact with regard to timing / quantity etc.
- implementing independently change projects in consultation with managers.
Your profile:
- completed commercial training, e.g. industrial clerk (M/F/d)
- several years of experience in customer service
- confident handling of MS Office and SAP
- strong customer and service orientation
- strong communication skills and assertiveness
- good English skills are an advantage
