Based in Frankfurt am Main, we have supported clients in implementing ambitious innovation projects and anchoring design methods and mindset in their processes since 2004. Our team has expertise in all areas of design and also includes experienced consultants and coaches as well as an in-house development unit for digital products. We are looking for you to join our team as our new:
**Creative Coder (Frontend, Prototyping) (M/F/d)**:
Creative Tech means sophisticated innovation projects. Solutions for our clients’ challenges need real collaboration. As a member of our team you get involved with your expertise as a software engineer as well as your ideas and creativity. Your work is supported by an excellent toolchain that uses design systems of the newest generation to drive performance and quality in our project. This means: more time for creative work, and less stress with day-to-day routines.

**Your Job**
- You support us in the management and further development of experience design systems in the environment of large companies. You will support a team of engineers and designers that scales the systems and makes them available to project teams globally.
- You will be responsible for building, maintaining and operating central UI component libraries. This also includes function implementation, testing and debugging.
- You push the use of technologies like Design Tokens, Web Component Standards (Custom Elements, Shadow DOM, HTML Templates) and make them applicable for the team. You use your skills to manage ambiguity and a fast-paced environment as well as to take the initiative.
- You contribute to the further development of design systems, pattern libraries and our DesignOps toolchain.
- You are free to choose your working location. On-site presence may be required only in certain meetings and workshops. We will gladly provide you with the appropriate equipment.

**Your Profile**
- You have significant experience in working with frontend libraries (e.g. Angular, Svelte, SolidJS, React, Vue, etc.).
- You have prior experience with modern frontend development methodologies and tools (e.g. npm, GIT, Webpack, Vite, Design Systems, etc.).
- Ideally, you also interested in or already worked with JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5 and CSS, PWA.
- Also nice to have: experience with NodeJS, Python or another server language, Linux server setup, CI / CD Platforms like Github Actions.
- You are interested in user-centered design projects and want to collaborate with designers.
- You have good collaboration and communication skills and are driven by creativy and curiosity.
- We require a very good command of English and confident technical communication skills.
