Aufgaben

**Ihre Aufgaben umfassen im speziellen**:

- Monitoring der Qualität, Aktualität und Konsistenz für Geschäftsprozesse bzw. Stammdaten
- Identifikation von Problemursachen und eigenständige Erarbeitung von Lösungsmodellen
- strukturierte Bearbeitung von Fehlern in Daten / Prozessen
- Dokumentation über etabliertes Ticketing System (analog IT) und eigenständige Lösungserarbeitung
- Dokumentation zur Abbildung der internen Prozesse sowie für

Schulungszwecke in englischer Sprache

Qualifikation

**Ihre Qualifikationen und Kompetenzen**:

- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Gute MS - Office Kenntnisse
- SAP Erfahrungen
- Guten Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
