Your role extends beyond recruitment; you'll also manage our database, prepare insightful reports, and collaborate with various departments to cultivate talent pipelines for tomorrow's success. **Your responsibilities**
- Cultivate strong relationships with HR, business leaders, hiring managers, and external stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor in Talent Acquisition.
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers and HR to align recruitment needs with business objectives, crafting tailored recruitment plans and sourcing strategies.
- Craft compelling job descriptions to attract top talent to the company.
- Develop sourcing channels for various recruitment needs, including internships and job fairs, fostering relationships in the labor market.

**Your profile**
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or equivalent
- Extensive international recruitment experience in Logistics
- Proven track record with recruitment technologies
- Relationship-building expertise
- Strong sourcing and negotiation skills, exceptional communication skills, effective problem solver, detail-oriented, strong collaborator with a results-oriented mindset
- You are highly proficient in the full Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel and PowerPoint German (mother tongue), fluent in English, additional European languages are a bonus
