**Job Description Summary**

Führung der eingesetzten Mitarbeiter während der Schicht und Überwachung sowie Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Produktionsablaufes. Fungieren als Ansprechpartner der Produktionsmitarbeiter bei Fragen und Störungen.

- Mitwirkung bei der effektiven/effizienten Nutzung der Maschinen und Anlagen
- Erstellen des täglichen Personaleinsatzplanes
- Mitarbeit bei der Lösung von technischen und organisatorischen Problemstellungen
- Disziplinarische Mitarbeiterführung für die Mitarbeiter der jeweiligen Produktionsschicht
- Einhaltung der Richtlinien des Arbeits
- und Gesundheitsschutzes im Verantwortungsbereich

**Required Skills and Education**
- 3jährige abgeschlossene fachspezifische Berufsausbildung in einem Metallberuf, z.B. Zerspanungsmechaniker
- Erste Erfahrungen im Führen von Mitarbeitern
- Langjährige fachspezifische Berufserfahrung in einem Metallberuf
- Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen
- Gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Schichtbereitschaft
- Teamfähigkeit, Leistungsbereitschaft, Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität
- Selbstständiges Arbeiten und abteilungsübergreifende Arbeitsweise
